This website is operated by Kavori. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kavori. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Products

We try to show product colours and images as accurately as possible. Our lipstick reacts to the natural pH of your lips, so the final shade differs from person to person and may not match the photos exactly. This is how the product works and is not a defect.

Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the ingredient list before use. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, test on a small area first, and stop using the product if irritation occurs.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product or offer at any time. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, orders with pricing errors, or orders that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.

5. Promotions

Sales, bundles, countdown timers and giveaways may be limited in time or quantity and may end or change at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Giveaways have no purchase requirement where required by law, and winners are contacted by email.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 90-day money-back promise.

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or ideas, you allow us to use, edit, publish and share them on our site and marketing, without payment to you. You confirm that what you send is yours, is truthful, and does not break any law or anyone's rights.
